Practical information
Venue & Hotel
The ELPHA General Assembly will take place at the SO/ Vienna, located at Praterstrasse 1, 1020 Vienna.
All participants and guests will be accommodated at the hotel, where all meetings and official activities will also be held.
The main entrance of the hotel will serve as the central meeting point for registration and all scheduled side events.
Getting There
By Air: The nearest airport is Vienna International Airport (VIE), located approximately 25 km from the venue. Travel time is around 25 minutes by car.
By Train: For those travelling by train, the closest major station is Vienna Central Station (Wien Hauptbahnhof), located about 14 km from the hotel. From there, you can take metro lines U1 or U4 to Schwedenplatz, followed by a short walk of approximately 3 minutes.
By Taxi: Taxis are readily available at the airport, with an estimated journey time of 25 minutes to the hotel.
By Car: For those driving, on-site parking is available at the hotel. The venue is easily accessible via the A22, A4 and A23 motorways.
